The Privacy Policy for olynexus.org is under development. It is being drafted by platform staff and will be reviewed by the Methodology Editorial Board and by nonprofit-infrastructure counsel before publication. The policy will address:
- User data protections meeting or exceeding applicable legal standards, including FERPA for student users
- The absence of commercial use of olynexus.org user data — user data is not used to target commercial sales efforts
- Platform-operation metrics collected for grant reporting, without external trackers or analytics beyond what is necessary
- Data separation between olynexus.org and Oly Software's commercial products
Until the Privacy Policy is published, the platform commits to: no sale of user data, no use of olynexus.org user data for commercial targeting, and no embedding of external trackers or analytics services that would share user data with third parties.
